Human rights in the UK are deteriorating. Millions of people are struggling to access basic needs like safe housing, food and healthcare – and they are dying as a result. Still, most of the British public aren’t paying attention. To get them to tune in, creative agency Shape History launched something people can’t get enough of: a trailer for a new gritty British drama starring Olivia Colman and Adrian Lester, called “Before Our Eyes.” Shown in cinemas across the country, they got the audience hooked on a harrowing tale about a young mother's fight for justice after her daughter's death in their temporary accommodation. But this isn't drama. It's real life.
Shape History is the social impact communications agency. Born in 2015 out of a desire to do comms differently, the agency has worked across the globe to make a fairer world, faster. They don’t just do social impact, they live and breathe it, and are home to experts in insight led strategy, creative campaigns, purpose brands and more.
